The only company wide key event dates for this quarter are the 3 days before labor day, but your store could have picked any 3 other days this quarter as their store specific key event dates and we have no way of checking for you If you call in with no approved request made in advance of a key date, you get two points, one for calling in, one for the key date, afaik the ppto used that day only removes the one for calling not the key date point.
